When I moved to Satellite Beach from Cincinnati, I felt an undeniable pull to create something meaningful. Starting New Day Therapy wasn’t just about opening a practice; it was about creating a space that felt inviting and calming.

This new chapter has come with its own set of challenges and growth. From navigating licensing in a new state to finding the perfect office space, every step was a reminder of the importance of perseverance and connection. Finding the perfect office took time, patience, and a bit of serendipity. But now, nestled in this beautiful coastal town, New Day Therapy offers more than just traditional office-based therapy—it’s a place to explore healing in new and refreshing ways, including walk-and-talk sessions along the coast.
